Gday Garvey diamond. My name is Harley J. I?m 26 and live in Adelaide Australia. I?m very sorry. So sorry it?s taken me 3 years to thank you for changing my life and other lives around me, profoundly, for the absolute better, for ever.
you see I suffered from chronic medication dependent, life threatening asthma, chronic fatigue, acne, depression and a leukemia-like blood condition. I became a vegetarian and now a raw food vegan over time. When I read and practiced what you recommended ALL my conditions improved almost overnight. They continued to get better as I became more disciplined and positive to what I let into and around my body.
In fact, the truth is, I became too healthy. So healthy that I have been able to run marathons, win and compete in state level 24 hour mountain bike races, and be the first Australian rider in the 2003 Paris Brest Paris cycle race. That s 1243km and I did it in 51\'30 with 40 minutes sleep - and all on a 100% raw food vegan diet. No drugs, zero, zip.
I rode solo across the Nullarbor Desert , from Adelaide to Perth.
And as I sit here, I have a lot of pain in my right knee. I can hardly walk. Its due to trying to set a new world record around Australia on my bike! That?s 14,400km in less than 57.4 days solo and unsupported. I did 1045km in 4 days before my right knee gave way. My energy is SO HIGH now I have to train very smart not to injure myself.
I have drug-free high energy. My attitude has changed so much, my mum doesn?t know what?s going on! I buy your books from garage sales and pass them on to people who ask me ?what are you on??!.
