Mr. Diamond,
I just wanted to take the time to say to you all how much your books on how to be fit and healthy have tremendously changed my life.
I used to weigh in at 280 lbs. and now thanks to the concepts discussed in the books I now weigh 170 lbs. I eat foods I never thought I would ever like, I\'m exercising regularly, my overall self esteem is better, and I just feel great.
What you were saying in your books I really believe to be almost common sense, but you break it down so that one understands why certain foods and habits cause health problems. For some reason reading the books, for me, made dieting, eating right, being healthy easy. I didn\'t have to worry about the things that most fad diets have to take into consideration for them to work.
Lastly, I say thanks to you for saving my life, for showing me how to be healthy, and for helping me improve my confidence. I have been and will continue to promote your books to everyone who needs help trying become healthy. Thanks again for everything.
