I just finished reading Fit for Life - Not Fat for Life and I really enjoyed it. I suffer from very high cholestrol and moderate high blood pressure. I lost 17 lbs after following your advice. I went from 180 to 173. I think the fruit for breakfast is what really helped me most. Now that I have completed the book, I am now trying to eat a nice salad with either protein or carb with lunch and dinner. I find this program so easy to follow. I have tried for so long to shed some weight, but have been unable to do so even though I am basically eating the same food as before, just at different times of the day. Thank you!
