I have the book that you wrote that came out what must have beein in the 60\'s or 70\'s. I really feel the best I have ever felt following this correct way of eating. I just have limited time to prepare some of the meals. I have the Champion Juicer and am now purchasing the Vita-Mix machine. I hope it will help me in preparation of the diet you outline. I am ordering the fit for life book advertised here on your web-site, thinking it is up-dated from the one I have had for years and years.
