Dear Harvey Diamond,
I am only 43 years old and diagnosed with Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. It?s been five years now that I?ve been limited in my movements and it?s been h---. I?ve been to doctor after doctor and I won?t bore you with the long list of medications I have taken for pain. After two months on your program I am almost pain free, I?m stronger, I get around better, and the constant fatigue that turned me into a couch potato are all gone! Plus I have far less headaches and my stomach aches are no more. Thank God I found your book before it was too late. I wish I could throw my arms around you and hug you.
