Your books have been one of the most profound, eye-opening, and interesting books I have ever read. Thank you for turning what I thought was a dry, complex subject into a fun, enjoyable and interesting read. I am 71 years old and was convinced that the aches, pain, and lack of energy in my life was the natural result of getting older. You?ve certainly cured me of that notion. I want you to know that my joints used to hurt me so much that I could hardly walk to the bathroom on my own. I am writing this to tell you that I now walk nearly a full mile every day. My children are amazed at the change in me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my life back.
