I have been eating this way for about a month. Eating is now a joy, whereas other hi-protein programs made me feel bad. Feeling I must be a vegeterian to be healthy stressed me out, too. I have a good plan with some meat or poultry, properly combined. My days are pleasant, and I lose about a pound each week.
I have read most of your books, the old and newer ones.
